Stützpunktgruppe Callantsoog

Around a small village called Callantsoog a strongpoint group was erected. As a result, Stützpunktgruppe Callantsoog picked up the defences in the north, where the Landfront of Defence Area Den Helder ended. The most important site within the group was Naval Coastal Battery Callantsoog, but it was destroyed after the war. The other fortified positions are buried and hard to find, therefore not much is left to be seen from this Stützpunktgruppe.
